I had a wonderful stay at Serendipity Boutique Hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center, and the rooftop terrace offers amazing views of the surrounding volcanoes. However, there was a hiccup with my room reservation; I booked a King Room but received a Queen Room instead. Overall, the charming atmosphere and excellent staff made my visit nice.
